MICHAEL LAMBERTZ
FOUNDER
Michael is founder and team lead of b’yond and CEO of MLM ManagementConsulting GmbH. He is an intuitive and highly skilled executive with over 30 Years of experience in different management and consulting roles. For 7 years he was member of the board of a leading FTSE 100 company and for 3 years he was CEO and shareholder of a Swiss shareholder company in the worldwide specialist travel market. He developed breakthrough brands (like TUI and Persil Megaperls) and innovative marketing-, sales- and online-concepts. He was awarded with the German Brand Award and the German Communication Award. He is furthermore author of several management books (for example: Total Innovation Management, ECON) Michael: „b’yond for me is the word which perfectly describes what drives me forward. I like to ask deeper questions and to develop ideas and concepts that go beyond expectations”.
STEFANIE LAMBERTZ
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Hello. Thanks for visiting. I am Stefanie. I am a creative director with great enthusiasm for designing brands and creating memorable brand experiences that touch someone´s life. I am also passionate about product development. Before byond I have been working for international branding and communication agencies such as Euro RSCG, Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and Grey. As art-director and strategic consultant I worked for brands like Citroen, Vichy, Philips, Intel, Volvo, Mercedes, Deutsche Bank 24, Warsteiner, Subway, Cortal Consors and Henkel. I also co-founded SLUW Studio, an independent design studio. The founders of SLUW Studio have more than 51 years of experience in above- and below-the-line communication, brand development, brand design, corporate communication, corporate publishing and special interest journalism. Our works have received national and international awards. byond for me means going the extramile to create a desirable and sustainable future.
THOMAS BOSSERT
PARTNER
Thomas has spent over 25 years creating, reinventing and expressing brands across media. He is relentless in his pursuit of the “Big Idea” and believes in a collaborative design approach that considers customer attraction, business needs, digital possibilities and the spirit of a brand. During his 20 years in New York and San Francisco he worked for major branding and digital media companies including Landor and FutureBrand as well as founding his own. In his last position at R/GA he was also part of the Business Innovation Group, helping clients bridge the gap between Business Consulting, Product Innovation and Brand Transformation. Most recently Thomas co-founded the lifestyle brand espanyolet, focused on designing, creating & marketing artisan home goods, and interior design.

Melissa opens minds in both the creative and business worlds, having worked across these two spheres in New York, San Francisco, Berlin and Mallorca. Her formal training focused on client service, project management and staff efficiency and she spent 15+ years working at blue-chip agencies like JWT, Goodby Silverstein & Partners and R/GA. More recently, Melissa founded lifestyle brand espanyolet with her husband where she focuses on social media and interior consulting.

Thomas loves brands as long as he can remember. So it’s only logical that he’s been working on it professionally for over 30 years. He is founder and managing director of one of the most successful agencies for brand communication and communication systems in Hanover. Almost 40 colleagues work at LOOK//one for international corporations as well as for leading medium-sized companies. Brand names, claims, strategies or concepts must swing forever, which is certainly connected with his pronounced love of jazz. Thomas likes to eat well, has written a cookbook, likes modern photography, art or architecture and is interested in all forms of mobility and digitisation. “For me, b’yond brings together all aspects of modern thinking and contemporary communication.«
INGA OLFEN
JOURNALIST AND WRITER
Inga loves putting the world into words. She studied biology and finished the Henri-Nannen-school (Gruner + Jahr, Spiegel, Die Zeit) as an editor.  Moreover she was writing for Stern, Reuters, Greenpeace, Die Woche, Die Zeit, VW and Evonics. In 2017 she founded the content agency KONTENTA GmbH. No matter if print or online, press release or brochure, long articles or short commercial messages – finding the right words is her passion.
ULI BUECKING
PROJECT-PARTNER
Uli Bücking is network-partner of b’yond. He works as team facilitator and supports the team-work projects which are essential for the collaborative approach of our b’yond thinking philosophy. He has yearlong experience in account management and business development roles in reknown communication agencies as well as in marketing functions on industry side. For many years Uli supports pharmaceutical, food, financial services, automotive, engineering, travel and trade companies in their strategy- and concept development. Key areas are businessmodel- & strategy-development, brandmanagement, marketing- & communications concept work. Uli considers all business challenges as creative tasks, which can best be solved if seen as innovation projects, requiring both customer centricity and multidisciplinary co-working within an organisation. Uli: “its all about people – create the right spirit so that people can contribute, learn from others and create change. Transformation and innovation means first ‘thinking beyond’ and then do things differently and better.”

Thomas has been working as professional illustrator and designer for more than 39 years. He visualizes new ideas and concepts in real time. This way he is an important creative enabler for any b’yond-thinking innovation- and vision-workshop. He converts words in images. Michael is fluent in English and Spanish and cherishes different cultures. He combines that with a long and broad experience as a journalist (second-editor-in-chief Mallorca Magazin), online pioneer (Hamburger Abendblatt), PR-Expert (Head of press, TUI Deutschland) and as a consultant for entrepreneurs and companies, for which he assumes responsibilities (general manager and member of the board Real Mallorca). His work focusses on the travel trade, IT and international communication.

Oliver is a creative pioneer and Direct2Consumer expert of b’yond and CEO of 2becontinued Strategies. Before 2becontinued he worked over 15 years for NIKE, LOREAL, RTL DISNEY, CAMPER, responsible for Marketing & eCommerce. As CMO and Consultant he helped to successfully launch, digitise, reposition and turnaround businesses to become top brands.
